All items sold by All Things Custom are custom-made. By placing an order, you acknowledge that products are created specifically to your request and may vary slightly from previews, mockups, or descriptions.

2. Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the size, complexity, and volume of orders. We do not guarantee specific processing times. By placing an order, you agree to allow reasonable time for production.

3. Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after purchase.

If production has not begun, your order may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.
If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

All Things Custom reserves the right to determine whether production has started.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier conditions or location.

5. Risk of Loss / Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Once an order has been transferred to USPS, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer.

All Things Custom is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, you agree to file a claim directly with USPS. You may be required to provide photos of the item and packaging and retain all original packaging materials for the claims process.

As a courtesy, customers may contact us regarding damaged items, and we may, at our sole discretion, offer a discount on a future purchase. This does not constitute an admission of liability.

6. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Things Custom does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Things Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to shipping-related issues.

8. Agreement to Terms
